THE PROCESS

• We offer all clients a complimentary onsite inspection to discuss the potential job.
• Following the initial meeting, you will receive our obligation free quote, which outlines the job in full and approximate timings.
• If you decide to work with us, we agree a start and completion date with you.
• Once the project is underway, we will engage with other trade experts where necessary, on your behalf. Honouring deadlines and budget, without compromising on quality, is our priority, which is why we keep the doors of communication open throughout the project.
• Once the project is completed we follow up with all our clients for feedback to ensure they are satisfied with the work.
